                 When I first approached 65, I was overwhelmed by the government "legalese" language concerning Medicare. I figured that as a college graduate, this information should have been easy to navigate but the more I researched, the more confusing it became. 

So I next used SHIP and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful but when questions popped up later there was a delay in getting on the appointment schedule. But then I came across the YouTube channel of Senior Savings Network, wow, it clicked! 

I cannot believe how easily Senior Savings Network cut through all that impossible language and simplified the how's, what's and where's of Medicare and all it's twists and turns! They helped me select the best plan for my needs and I followed their advice on the prescription drug plans. They will walk you through the signing up process and are there whenever you have a question. 

When I reference "they", everyone who works within the office is trained and knowledgeable. This year, during the annual sign up/renewal period, I (and every other person 65 and older) have received impossible numbers of emails and phone calls from Medicare supplement "wanna be's"….all wanting my business, all claiming to be the best and many trying to imply that if I do not "act now", I will lose benefits. Do NOT fall for it! Contact Chris Westfall!

This year I did have a question about my current prescription drug plan-(rising yet again) and figuring out the "tier" system. One of SSN team members, Bob, followed up my email with a phone call. Together, on the phone and online we walked though best companies, their locations and best prices, then I signed up. Every question was answered, every T crossed, i dotted…simply and efficiently. 

Not understanding Medicare's language and plans is nothing to be ashamed about. But this isn't a multiple choice test where you just randomly tick off the boxes! Contact Senior Savings network and let them help you understand and chose a plan through knowledge, not guesswork. The time and energy spent recently on my new prescription drug plan phone conversation is with a company the Agency does not even represent. Their service is free. Their advice is free. Their help is free. Their phone calls to you are free. But their help is priceless!

                  Six months before I became eligible for Medicare I called all around my little town looking for meetings that wouldtell me what I needed to know. Well, there were no such meetings available. Apparently for those folks handling the meetings, I was too early into the process. That was too bad for them. I didn't want to wait until the time was upon me. I wanted the information now. 

I searched on-line and found the Senior Savings Network, a group located in my state. I called the number and left a voice mail. Within a half hour my call was returned from Chris Westfall. After getting some preliminary information from me, Chris sent me a couple of video links to explain about the Medicare process and how everything worked. Wow, I couldn't believe it, Medicare 101, so simple to understand and with the videos, I could just go back and watch anything again that I was unsure of. Once I had a plan for what I wanted to do, I again called Chris and he explained the various companies, policies and related costs. Of course, every company provides the same service so really it just comes down to cost. I have been on Medicare for a number of years now and every year a month or so before my "anniversary" date, I call the Senior Savings Network to have them tell me what the prices will be for the next year and if I decide to make changes, they guide me through the entire process, even sending me an email with exact instructions of what I need to do, along with the appropriate phone numbers. I never feel like I'm left hanging out there on my own. I've come to rely on Senior Savings Network. Their staff provides outstanding customer service and it's usually a very simple process. I highly recommend Senior Savings Network to all new and existing Medicare-eligible seniors. They take all the work out of the process. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

                  One of the hardest things about choosing Medicare options is figuring out which policy fits you best. My medical and financial situation made it pretty easy to pick a Medicare supplement instead of Medicare Advantage, but it wasn't clear at all how to choose between all the plans and companies that offer Medicare supplements.

Then I saw one of Chris Westfall's videos, and it all became clear. Chris' videos convinced me that Plan G was the way to go and that I should work with one of his people to select the best company offered in my zip code. One of his agents picked the company with the lowest premium and filled me in on their financial trustworthiness. And if they raise premiums more than is reasonable in the future, she'll contact me to help me pick another company.
